On Bakery and Studio, orders never get blocked. If you go over your monthly cap, each extra order is billed at $2.00 (Bakery) or $1.50 (Studio) on your next invoice — so you keep the customer, and we cover the AI cost. No surprise overage on Free Trial: it just stops at 3 orders until you upgrade.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Each time a customer generates or refines a cake design image, it counts as one AI generation. Free Trial includes 5 per customer session; Bakery and Studio include 8. That's plenty for a customer to land on a design they love.
